Standard orders typically arrive within 7 days. Because our Custom name puzzles are handcrafted and often personalized, please allow a 4-week turnaround time for custom orders. All items are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS directly from our workshop for a flat rate of $10.00 per order anywhere within the United States.

Because our items are made-to-order and personalized, all sales are final and we do not offer cash refunds. However, if your puzzle arrives broken, we will gladly send a replacement of the exact same item. A photo of the damaged puzzle must be emailed to us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
