All orders are carefully packaged and shipped directly from our workshop in Elkmont, Alabama. We offer $10 flat-rate standard shipping anywhere within the United States, no matter how many items you order.

We want you to be happy with your Bearclaw purchase. Because custom and personalized pieces are made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. If you have a concern with a non-custom item, please contact us so we can work with you. If your order arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include a photo of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.

WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD. Our interlocking puzzles contain small parts when disassembled and are not recommended for children 3 years of age and younger. Adult supervision is recommended when children are handling or assembling our puzzles. Because each piece is handcrafted and may contain delicate interlocking parts, please handle with care.

We use quality wood selected for each project. Many of our interlocking puzzles are handcrafted from solid poplar, while other Bearclaw creations may be made from different wood species depending on the design. Because natural wood varies, each piece may have its own unique grain and character.

No. Our handcrafted wooden pieces are individually cut by Jay using a traditional scroll saw. He guides each piece by hand through every cut rather than using a laser or automated cutting machine. It takes more time, but that hands-on craftsmanship is part of what makes every Bearclaw piece special.
