Shipping Policy

Every Bearclaw Woodfixins piece is carefully packaged and shipped directly from our workshop in Elkmont, Alabama.

We offer $10 flat-rate standard shipping anywhere within the United States, no matter how many items you order.

• Standard items ship within 3–5 business days.
• Custom name puzzles require approximately 3–4 weeks to complete before shipping.

Because every piece is handcrafted, processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons. We’ll always do our best to get your order on its way as soon as possible.

Returns & Custom Orders

We want you to be happy with your Bearclaw purchase. Because custom and personalized pieces are made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

If you have a concern with a non-custom item, please contact us so we can help.

Damaged in Transit

We take great care when packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

How to Report Shipping Damage

Email us a clear photo of the damaged item along with your name and order information within 72 hours of delivery.

Once the damage is confirmed, we will replace the damaged item with the same item originally ordered. Personalized replacements will be made with the same name or personalization as the original order.

Bearclaw Woodfixins is not responsible for damage caused after delivery or from improper handling.
